My Pencil

A pencil is made of wood and it is very useful.

A pencil can create things. Some pencils might have rubbers at the end of the pencil. A pencil can be long and sharp, sometimes blunt and also colourful. My pencil feels thin and really easy to hold. I find pencils everywhere.

It is used as a learning tool for writing and drawing. Some pencils are as red as a jumper and also yellow like the bright shining sun.

My pencil is very special because  I can create anything and I can write on lots of things like a book, paper and card.

NZ Sign Language Awareness

This week is NZ Sign Language Awareness week. Today Room 3 learnt to say their name in NZ Sign Language.                                                                                              

My Mother

All About My Mother.

The women that loves me is my mum because she is so special and

cares for me.

My Mum is very good at her job and she always tries her best in everything she does. She always supports me in what I do and always tells me to be the best person I can be at school and sometimes helps me with my homework.

My Mother is a beautiful women. She has wonderful long black hair and beautiful sparkling eyes and always wears makeup. My mum’s favourite colour is purple because she always wear purple makeup to work. My mum is like no other mum in the whole world, because she is really loving and really takes care of me and my sisters.

My Mum is very special because she cares for me and what I do and she really loves my family and really loves her job.

My Soul Friend

My Soul friend is Vanessa, she is in Room 4 and she is 7 years old. Her favourite subject is Reading because she likes reading a lot. My Soul friends favourite colour is purple because it is a very lovely colour. Her favourite thing to do at school is to go to the library and play with her friends. Her favourite stuff to do in the weekend is to watch TV and help her mum get the dinner ready. My Soul Friend loves to play outside with her sister Joanna and go to the shops with her family.
